treating black/ grey water. The treated crystal clear,
odour free water can be used for irrigation, cooling
tower make up, toilet flushing etc. thus saving

available at site and customers’ preferences so that
they are most economical to own and operate in both the
short and long term.

MEMBRANE
TECHNOLOGY BASED SOLUTIONS
(Super-filtration Systems for Filtration & Disinfection
of Potable Water)

|
While the local utilities provide one
of the best quality potable water in the world, people
have been totally resorting to bottled water for
drinking because of the contamination that takes
place in the water due to their storage in overhead
tanks. However, the fact that the contamination,
especially that due to Legionella Bacteria, in water can
still be a cause of major concern, even when the water
is used for purposes such as bathing, is often
overlooked. Recent times have been increasingly
witnessing several instances of mass mortality in
various places around the world due to Legionella
infection.
It is in this context that we have
introduced the uniquely safe and totally fail proof
Super- filtration System. Unlike other forms of water
filtration / disinfection systems, which are prone, to
break downs/ faulty working, the Super-filtration System
never gives out contaminated water. This is a feature,
which is totally unique to Super-filtration System and
not shared by any other method of filtration/
disinfection. This further explains why Super-filtration
System must be the most ideal choice for both Central
Filtration of water in multi-storeyed buildings,
townships and hotels as also for Point Of Use at homes
and restaurants.
Other non Chemical disinfection
systems like UV filtration may kill the bacteria but in
that case killed bacteria and may be endotoxins secreted
by it may remain in the water which can be detrimental
to health.
While the Super-filtration System
will rid the water off all the harmful contaminants such
as Bacteria, Viruses, Cysts, Chlorine, Turbidity, Bad
Taste & Odour, Sediments etc. As here all these matters
will be rejected and removed into waste stream, it is
considered more reliable and safe method of disinfection
than any other chemical and non-chemical disinfection
system. This will remove all pathogens and their toxins,
which due to systems inherent design washed away from
the filters to waste stream.
Reverse Osmosis Plants for
Desalination
We manufacture and install Reverse
Osmosis Plants of various capacities for desalination of
brackish (BWRO) and sea waters(SWRO). Our
custom-designed Plants are guaranteed to perform trouble
free and yield the designed output with least attention
and care of the Plant. Long membrane life is a highlight
of our Plants, reflects to our design skills and
appropriate choice of components.
We have got innovative technology for
the treatment and disposal of the R.O. reject /
concentrate water in environmental friendly way.

For Laundry Water
Our unique Recycling Plants helps to save the
customer’s huge money draining out every month on their water
bills and wastewater disposal. The investment made on the
Recycling Plant is generally recovered in less than 2 years, often
much sooner. The customer also earns name as an Environment
Friendly Organization and gets another step closer to ISO 14000
Accreditation. They also do away with the difficulties of
frequently disposing off wastewater and having to obtain
permission from regulatory authorities for the same.
Depending on the customer needs and specific
site conditions, we offer either a partial Recycling Plant or a
Closed Loop, 100% Recycling Plant. The treatment process employs
either a pure Physical treatment or a Physico-chemical treatment,
again it depends on the quality of specific wash water and other
site conditions.
For Equipment/ Automobile Wash Water
We manufacture an exclusive range of Closed
Loop, 100% Recycling Plants for reuse of wash waters of
Automobiles, Trucks,
Heavy & Earth Moving Equipment, Oilfield Equipment etc. The
treated water is crystal clear and odor-free and it can be
totally re-used in the washing operation including final rinsing.
This is one of its kind equipment, which pays back in a
matter of months.
A different range of equipment is manufactured for handling
effluent from electroplating & metal finishing/ surface
preparation operations and wash-waters containing high amounts of
dissolved salts, either contributed by the washing process/
chemicals. The technology used here would employ a custom designed
Pre-treatment process, which is designed depending on the
nature of effluent. It is followed by Membrane based treatment
process to separate the dissolved salts in the water.
Irrespective of the quantity of dissolved salt content, our plants
guarantee an optimum yield of treated water thus making
the installation of the same an economically viable proposition.
The treated water would be suitable for re-use in washing. |

Thermo Vapour Compression Distillation units based on Thermal
desalination technology. Specifically designed for marine and
