This division undertakes Building Electrification, Sanitation, Plumbing, Air-conditioning, Power Installation, Industrial and Domestic Lighting, erection of Electrical and Mechanical Equipments and Installation of Industrial, electric, Optical Fiber and Instrumentation cables. The other major areas under operations include HVAC, Structural steel fabrication and erection, Water supply and Drainage piping. The strength of this division is its high caliber Technicians and the Engineering Professionals who are highly trained and motivated.

The Skills gained over the last decade of exposure in the Middle East markets enables them to conceptualize and implement the Goals set with ease and finesse. The skill sets encompass Engineering, Procurement and Construction in Electro-Mechanical Field. This unit mainly caters for the requirements of the Construction Business Unit and functions under it.

Apart from major works it has executed for the parent business unit, the jobs like industrial lighting works executed for the Iski and Mudaibi 132kv Sub-stations of the Sharqiya transmission system, electro-mechanical works executed for the flexible and industrial packaging industry at rusayl, electrical works for proposed potato chips processing plant at Rusayl lends testimony to the capabilities of this division in this arena.The independent foray made into the Electro-mechanical area in Oman recently, under sub-contract agreements has been successful and has imparted the much needed boost for a full scale thrust in this direction.

In association with some of the world leaders in the field, Teejan has constructed concrete foundations and has supplied and erected towers for GSM projects in various parts of the Sultanate of Oman. Laying of over 2000 kms of underground and over ground Electrical and Optic Fiber cables for Oman LNG at Sur is yet another achievement.

Completion of Civil works connected with 132KV Ibri-Nizwa overhead power transmission tower system has also been a milestone achievement. The independent foray made into the Elecro-mechanical area in Oman recently, under sub-contract agreements has been successful and has imparted the much needed boost for a full scale thrust in this direction.
