Mr.Hamed Al Harrassy is the founder and chairman of Teejan Group. Today’s Teejan Group was founded by him in 1974 soon after the first Omani Royal decree establishing Commercial Law was announced.

Mr. Musheer Ahmed serves as CEO of Teejan Trading & Contracting. In this role, he provides leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry, developing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has extensive experience across the construction industry. 

Prior to his current role, Mr.Musheer was the Vice President of Lanco Infratech Ltd at 2x600MW Udupi Thermal Power Project where he was responsible for project management of construction of main plant and BOP contracts worth Rs.1000 Cr. He was associated with Reliance Group Companies, L & T, Voest Alpine India, Idea Ltd and Jaiprakash Industries. He has wide-spread experience in construction Engineering & Project Management for various Industrial sectors such as Power, Refinery, Telecom, Real Estate, etc. He has worked with very large corporate companies, Client/Development companies, MNCs, Engineering companies, medium to large contracting companies in India and Middle East. 

Mr.Aflah Hamed Al Harrassy serves as Director at Teejan Trading & Contracting. Prior to joining Teejan, he has established solid careers with prestigious companies like ORPC where he held senior management positions for many years. He oversees the Human Resources department, Procurement department and Support Service operations. He brings to his position extensive experience in several disciplines from the ORPC. He strongly believes in continual improvement, lessons learned, and the importance of training.

Mr. Thomas George is the General Manager for construction operations of Teejan Trading contracting. In this capacity, he oversees the management of projects of the company. He has a reputation for delivering complicated projects on the most aggressive schedules. Over the years, Mr. Thomas George worked his way up through the ranks of Business Development Manager, Deputy General Manager and now holds the position of General Manager.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his current position. His demonstrated expertise in the areas of Quantity Surveying, Costing, and Budgeting has been instrumental in the company’s success. Mr. Thomas has a clear and deep understanding of the Middle East markets. He also brings with him expertise in the field gained by working with some of the construction industry giants in India. Through this journey, he has learned the construction industry from the ground up, and it is this experience that enables him to provide quality projects to each of the company’s clients.

Mr.Achutan Nair serves as the General Manager of the Fire engineering division of Teejan and is responsible for the overall performance of the division. He graduated from Regional Engineering College, Calicut with a bachelor degree in Electrical engineering and brings more than 25 years of experience to the company.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Nair worked in a similar capacity at Mott Macdonald, Qatar. He has held various management operations positions for large and medium sized firms in the fire engineering industry. His vast experience stems from a hands-on approach to all projects, and he has carried this work ethic throughout his career.
